Restricting Intelligence is Cowardly, Disgusting Foreign Policy | Congressman on StarGate

On October 15, 2026, Chicago Congressman Mike Quigley (IL-05) joined ‪@NPR Morning Edition to discuss recent reports that the Trump administration restricted Starshield access to Ukraine. "The only way to describe this is transactional, cowardly, disgusting foreign policy," said Quigley. The Congressman also commented on Trump's recent announcement that he will buy Russian diesel to bring down prices at home. "This is funding Putin's war machine," he said. Quigley is Co-Chair of the Congressional Ukraine Caucus and a member of the House Intelligence Committee. #putin #russia #starlink
